Dr. Isaac Bimpeh Boateng
The Columbus Ghanaian Seventh-Day Adventist church is pleased to have Pastor Isaac Boateng (D. Min, PhD) as the first pastor who currently serves as the senior church pastor. He is a Seventh-day Adventist pastor and educationist. Dr. Boateng has been actively working in the Lord’s vineyard for several decades and the Lord’s ministry has taken him across many countries.
Pastor Isaac Boateng is an example of academic and spiritual excellence. By the grace of God, he has obtained a master’s degree and two doctorate degrees from Andrews University, and another master’s degree from The Ohio State University. Through his leadership the Columbus Ghanaian SDA Church has grown from 75 members in the year 2000 when it was established to over 330 currently. Additionally, he has contributed immensely to the development of the North American Ghanaian Seventh-day Adventist Churches.
He is a wonderful husband with a beautiful wife (Regina Boateng) and a father of four lovely boys: Nathaniel, Isaac (Jr.), Jared, and Jason.
He is a humble man of God. His constant smile and lovely personality makes it easy for him to interact with people from all walks of life. Consequently because of the passion he has for young people, he is well known among the Ghanaian Adventist Youth and has impacted the lives of many of the young people due to his ability to communicate and relate with them on a personal level. One of his goals is to help develop a generation of Ghanaian Adventist who will strive for academic and spiritual excellence.
He often dedicates some of his summer time to mission trips with young people in Ghana as well as teaching leadership courses at Valley View University. Time and space will not allow us to talk about the achievements of this incredible man of God. His service and contribution to mankind on behalf of God will forever be appreciated.
